Shanghai Indoor Contamination Control Industry Association

The Shanghai Indoor Contamination Control Industry Association (SICCA) was established on August 22, 2006. It is a non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by enterprises in Shanghai engaged in the cleanroom and air purification sectors, and is supervised by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology. With the mission of “standardizing the industry, serving enterprises, and developing the sector,” the Association’s activities include the formulation of industry standards, technical training, certification, and exhibition services.

• Policy Contributions: Pioneered the inclusion of the cleanroom industry in Shanghai’s 14th Five-Year Plan and participated in the formulation of the Shanghai Action Plan for High-Quality Development of the Cleanroom Industry (2023–2025).

Core Business

• Standard Development: Led the development of over 20 industry standards and participated in the adaptation of national and industry standards.
• Training and Certification: As a training base for highly skilled professionals, we develop vocational question banks and conduct vocational skills training. We offer courses such as “Cleanroom Operation and Maintenance,” and participants who pass the assessment receive nationally recognized certificates.
• Qualification Assessment: Entrusted by the government, we conduct qualification assessments and certifications, including evaluations of corporate service capability levels and air purification engineering capabilities.
• Exhibitions and Exchange: We host the Shanghai International Indoor Environment and Air Purification Exhibition, organize technical exchange meetings, and support enterprises in market expansion.

Organizational Structure
