It provides professional training for fire engineering designers, installers, maintenance personnel, and fire management practitioners, and carries out public fire safety education for children, the elderly, and other groups in cooperation with institutions such as the American Red Cross. It also develops online training courses for fire departments and promotes digital services such as the NFPA LiNK platform and VR training technology for firefighters.
